Serial Number Help

How to Find Your Serial Number

Your serial number tells us whether your TV is affected. Here’s exactly where to look and what to enter.

Your serial number is printed on the rating plate sticker, located on the reverse of your TV.

When registering your TV, enter the first 8 digits of the serial number if it starts with a 2, or the first 7 digits if it starts with a 9.
