Registration of your appliance
Vestel UK (“Vestel”) uses the data you provide
when registering your appliance for the purpose of administering your
registration and your manufacturer warranty and for the purposes set out in Vestels’ privacy notice. Vestel is the controller in respect of any data
collected from you for these purposes.
It is necessary for Vestel to use your data to perform its
contractual obligations to you in relation to your manufacturer warranty. It is
also in Vestels’ legitimate interest to use your data to enable it to
administer its manufacturer warranties effectively and to carry out other
processing activities as described in its privacy notice. For more information

Purchase of extended warranties
Extended warranties are sold and administered by UK Warranty
Limited (“UKW”). If you purchase an extended warranty for your appliance, UKW
will use your data for the purpose of administering your extended warranty,
including to arrange any repairs that may be required under the extended
warranty, and for the purposes set out in UKW’s privacy notice. UKW is the
controller in respect of any data collected from you for these purposes.
It is necessary for UKW to use your data to perform its
contractual obligations to you in relation to your extended warranty. It is
also in UKW’s legitimate interest to use your data to enable it to administer
its extended warranties effectively and for the purpose of training, quality
control, research and statistical analysis. For more information about how your
